Janine Cortez-Williams was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana.  She received a Juris Doctorate from the Loyola School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1994.  She practiced as a real estate closing attorney in Florida until returning to New Orleans where she practiced as a trial attorney for 10 years.  Having a real passion for real estate, Pamela Stewart, Esq. and Janine Cortez-Williams conceptualized and created Dream Villas Realty, Co. to bring their knowledge and skills to real estate investors worldwide.
